Tanya Houpt, owner of Insite Therapy, has over 35 years of experience in health and fitness, corrective exercise, rehabilitation, and Pilates.  Preventing or delaying surgeries, enabling a reduction or cessation of medication, empowering clients to self-manage their conditions, and watching the progress of group session participants, is all the motivation Tanya needs to provide world-class healing.

Lisa Hunkin is a certified Pilates instructor. With the goal of helping others build connection with their bodies. Lisa focus’ on creating a supportive space where you can explore movement, tailored to what your body needs on that day.

Perfect for all levels. Our bodies are adapting to less than desired postures causing so many issues. These integrated Pilates sessions are designed for what our bodies need now, in these current times.

Pilates with Lisa

Small group classes of up to eight people, so you get individual attention and feedback. Classes focus on the Pilates foundations - breath, alignment, control, and intentional movement. Using mat work and props, each class is tailored to the group and suitable for all levels. This is Pilates as it was meant to be: mindful and genuinely good for your body. You should leave feeling taller and better than when you arrived - restored, not exhausted.
