Wellness Coaching with Ali
The challenges of modern life are ever present. As we move through various stages of life our needs change and we face different struggles that may impact on our overall wellness.
A Wellness Coach will look at all areas of your life, such as, sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, in consideration with your general health and any medical conditions.
Coaching would begin with an in-depth discussion regarding the above areas and defining the desired changes and outcomes you are looking for. Then regular follow up sessions would review the tasks as you work towards your goals.
Coaching can be for 3, 6 or 12 months depending on your needs.
As a Wellness Coach we provide you with accountability, guidance, encouragement, support and empowerment to live the life you desire.

About Ali
Ali has been in the field of health and wellness as a Massage Therapist for 15 years, completing many courses for Professional Development in various health related areas, such as pain science, meditation, the science of happiness and a Certificate in Wellness Coaching. Ali is interested in helping others to live their best life possible, her particular area of interest is working with women who have perhaps neglected their own wellbeing for a period of time and wish to make some changes. Often women struggle to apply their own “oxygen mask” before helping others, but it is necessary to learn about self-care in order to then care for others.
Counselling with Zareen
We offer counselling services with Zareen Sheikh-Cope at Body of Work.
Your first counselling session lasts 60 minutes and provides a gentle space for us to get to know one another. During this initial meeting, we will explore what has brought you to counselling, what you hope to achieve, and any concerns or questions you may have. I will also explain how counselling works, my approach, and what you can expect from the process. This session is an opportunity to see whether counselling feels right for you and whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
Ongoing counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length.
The number of sessions varies depending on each person’s needs and circumstances. Some clients find that just a few sessions are enough to support a specific issue, while others choose to engage in longer-term counselling for deeper or ongoing work. We will review your needs together and work at a pace that feels supportive and appropriate for you.
